CC-Shipping and returns

The shipping cost are alway a matter of weight and destination. We will give you the exact rate after order by proforma invoice.
For customers outside Germany we only accept payment by bank account. We will give you our account number with the proforma invoice to avoid sensible bank informations to be shown in the internet. We ship after we recieve your payment.

One more hint for our CC-STORE: all best prices we can offer only for online business. Our retail price in our factory is approximate 10% higher then the Store prices. In fact there is one main problem for us: because of the high variaty of product we are importing from overseas we have to deal with big currency rate differences.This means, sometime not every single article in our shop is actualised and you will get the final price with your proforma invoice including shipping cost.
